50/249Cards numbered 50/X are the 50th copy produced of their parallel print run. The 50 numerator stays the same across every set and parallel, but the denominator (the X) changes: a 50/99 is the 50th of 99, a 50/25 is the 50th of 25, and so on. Collectors who care about the 50 stamp rather than a specific print run can browse them all here.
For a specific print run, see the combo pages linked above. For broader context on what serial numbers mean, see our guide to serial-numbered sports cards.
A card numbered 50/X is the 50th copy out of its parallel's print run, where X varies by set and parallel. A 50/99 is the 50th of 99, a 50/25 is the 50th of 25, and so on. The /X notation is collector shorthand for "of any print run."
Collectors hunt 50/X cards for a range of reasons: it might match a jersey number, a birthday day, a card number, or simply be a numerator they collect across all parallels. Each 50/X copy is one-of-one for its specific print run.
For any given parallel, the 50/X copy is one-of-one — only one card in the world carries that exact stamp for that print run. Across all sets and parallels combined, 50/X copies exist in larger total numbers because thousands of different cards are produced each year, but each individual 50/X card is unique.
eBay's title search misses most 50/X cards because sellers rarely include the exact serial in the listing title. SerialScout reads the serial number from every listing image and lets you filter by exact numerator. This page shows every active listing with a numerator of 50, across all print runs.
